At Golf Shafts, we want to ensure your equipment is the perfect fit for your game. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return unused shafts and accessories within 30 days of delivery.

Initiate Your Return

Log into your account or use our guest portal to select the order and specific golf shafts you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Package Securely

Place the unused shafts in their original protective packaging or a sturdy shipping tube to prevent any structural damage or scratches during transit.

Attach Shipping Label

Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the package, ensuring any old labels are removed or covered to avoid delivery delays.

Receive Your Refund

Once our technicians inspect the shafts to confirm they remain in new, uninstalled condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
