Do the shafts come with adapters and grips installed?
Yes, we offer a custom assembly service. You can select your preferred adapter (compatible with brands like TaylorMade, Titleist, and Callaway) and grip at checkout, and our professional builders will assemble it to your specifications.
What is your return policy on custom-built shafts?
Because custom-built shafts are cut and assembled to your specific measurements, they are non-refundable. However, standard 'pull' or uncut shafts can be returned within 30 days if they are in their original, unused condition.
How long does shipping take for custom orders?
Custom builds typically require 2-4 business days for assembly and curing before they are shipped. Once dispatched, standard shipping usually takes 3-5 business days depending on your location.
Are the shafts you sell authentic and under warranty?
We are an authorized dealer for all major brands including Fujikura, Mitsubishi, and Project X. Every shaft we sell is 100% authentic and carries the full manufacturer's warranty against defects.
Can I request a specific swing weight for my build?
Absolutely. During the checkout process, you can leave a note in the 'Special Instructions' field with your desired swing weight, and our builders will use tip weighting or lead tape to achieve your target.
